Celebrations Market Vendors Wanted

Vendors offering handmade, bespoke, limited run products for engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, Christenings, graduations, retirements and other types of celebrations are invited to apply, as are small businesses that offer services such as dj, limousine, event planning and travel specialist. We will not be accepting any food vendors for this event.

This is an indoor event that will take place rain or shine.

Each space consists of a 6 foot long table (provided).

There is no space available in the aisles or on the sides of the tables to display products.

Most spaces will not have access to electricity.

We have folding chairs if you would like to use one.

Vendors will check in and set up at 8 AM.

Everyone will be able to shop from 10 AM through 3 PM.

Vendors are asked to not break down and load out until the end of the event.

Vendor spaces request a $30 donation per space, with a limit of 2 spaces per vendor. Vendors that wish to donate an item for the Tricky Tray will receive a $5 discount, bringing their donation for one table down to $25 per space. All items contributed for the Tricky Tray will include the vendor’s branding, advertising and accompanying information, as well as a mention in the event program and any media coverage. This is a great way to increase advertising for your business!

This is a curated market. You will only hear from us if you are selected for the event. Selections will be made in multiple waves. Keep an eye on the event’s page on our website to see what stage of vendor registration we are currently at, or email with specific questions if needed.

If your vendor application is accepted you will be sent an email containing instructions on how to make the donation for your vendor space online. Instructions on how to donate for a vendor space will only be sent if a vendor is selected for the event. Donations are expected within 72 hours in order to hold vendor spaces. If donation is not received within the specified time the vendor space will not be held.

Donations for vendor spaces will not be requested or accepted on social media.
Donations for vendor spaces should not be made prior to being accepted as a vendor as there are no refunds.

All proceeds from this event benefit Elks Camp Moore, the New Jersey Elks State Project.
